4. SMS / TEXT MESSAGE COMMUNICATIONS AND CONSENT
4.1 Consent. We will only send you promotional or marketing text messages after
obtaining your prior express written consent in compliance with the TCPA. Your
consent to receive SMS messages is separate from any purchase decision and is
never required as a condition of receiving our services.
4.2 What We Send. Our SMS program is a mixed-use program that may include:

language used) and honor your preferences for a minimum of five (5) years or
as otherwise required by applicable law.
4.6 One-to-One Consent. Per FCC rules effective January 27, 2025, your consent
is granted solely and specifically to Jacobo Rene Upholstery (DBA Jacobo
Upholstery). We do not share your SMS consent with any co-marketers or
third-party brands.
4.7 No Sharing for SMS Targeting. We do not sell your phone number or SMS
consent to any third party for their own marketing purposes.
